2．TTM Development
We adopt spiral development model complying with TTM method requirements and provide flexible product development in response to the changes of design specifications. The iteration of three elements class (program), function and specification make it possible to reflect frequently changing specifications to a product without the delay of its release.
3．TTM Offshore Development
We established VDDC (Virtualex Dalian Development Center) in alliance with Neusoft Corporation and offer large-scale system development and product design/development based on TTM method. VDDC solves typical problems in offshore development such as quality control and the lack of communications using CMMI Level4 quality control and the standardization of acceptance process and provides stable large-scale development.
